CNC machine tool mechanical structure

CNC machine tools are typical representatives of mechatronics products. Although their mechanical structure has many similarities with the structure of ordinary machine tools, it is not simply equipped with a numerical control system on ordinary machine tools. Compared with ordinary machine tools, the structure is similar to that of ordinary machine tools. Improvements have been made, mainly in the following aspects:


1. The main transmission of CNC machine tools adopts stepless speed change or stepless stepless speed change mode. The program can be used to control the direction and shift of the spindle. The main drive has a wide speed range. The main drive system of some CNC machine tools has begun to adopt a compact and high performance electric spindle.


2. The gapless ball screw drive and gapless gear transmission are widely used in the feed transmission of CNC machine tools. The plastic guide rail or static pressure guide rail is used to reduce the friction of the motion pair and improve the transmission precision. The feed components of some CNC machine tools are directly driven by linear motors, thus achieving high-speed, high-sensitivity servo drive.


3. The main support members such as the bed, column and beam of the CNC machine tool adopt reasonable cross-sectional shape, and some measures to compensate the deformation are adopted to make it have high structural rigidity.


4. The machining center of CNC machine tools is equipped with a tool magazine and an automatic tool changer. It can perform multi-process and multi-face machining, which greatly improves productivity.
